The employees of our California Pet Warehouse process all orders for you which includes packaging and shipping. You never have to deal with a single piece of inventory unless you are planning on selling your own products. |

6. Can I sell my own products and services? |
Yes, Plan C gives you ablity to sell your own goods and services in addition to our supplies. You'll of course be responsible for your own packaging and shipping. |

8. How long does it take to process an order? |
It takes no longer than 24 hours to process an order. Orders placed before 2PM EST. are usually processed on the same day. |
9. What type of products will I be selling through my store? |
Please review the inventory of the demo stores. You will be selling the exact same items. |
10. Are the products that I'll be selling affordable? |
Yes, very affordable. We provide all products at WHOLESALE prices. There is significant room for profit. |
11. How do I know that an order was placed at my shop? |
You will receive immediate email confirmation once an order was placed at your shop. You can also track order activities through the online store administration area. |
12. What should I do after I receive an order confirmation email? |
Unless you are selling your own products, you don't have to do anything. Just keep the focus on your marketing efforts. Let us deal with the rest. We mark your orders as processing and package and ship the items to your customer. Your store will automatically send an email to the customer informing them of the order status. You may also follow up with a personal thank you note if you wish. |
13. How do I receive payment? |
All payments are handled via Paypal. If you do not qualify for a Paypal account, please contact support so we can set you up with an alternative payment method. Your store adminstration area gives you the ability to request payout once your profit reaches $50.00. |
14. How can I market my pet shop? |

Tell everybody you know about your pet shop. Start by using the business cards and flyers. Distribute to family, friends, neighbors. Find community boards at local stores and post the flyers at pet shops, pet clubs, grooming saloons, animal hospitals, vet offices etc. Network, network, network! Don't forget to take your business cards along to your next pet show or club meeting.
Online marketing tips:
Utilize the online marketing tools provided with your Plan. Spend time at Pet Forums and use a link to your store as a forum signature. Start a blog and update it frequently with fresh pet related content. Advertise your store on Craigslist. Use your store logo on your Facebook and MySpace profile. Join other pet communities and insert your store link and logo whenever possible. Start your own forum and increase the amount of recurring visitors to your store.

15. What happens after I subscribe? |
We create a logo, a new store front design, install your shop and email you the login information for the administration area. |
16. How do I manipulate the product prices? |
You can login and manipulate all product prices conveniently on a single screen. You can for example increase all products prices by 25% with a few mouse clicks. |
17. How do I check the orders and profit? |
There is an area in your store administration area which will provide a full overview over all orders placed at your store and profits associated with each order. In addition you can also review your previous payouts. |
18. I already have a logo, can I use that? |
Sure, just email us your logo after you activate your subscription. We will build a new pet store theme around your logo. |
19. I ran out of Business Cards and Flyers, what should I do now? |
Please contact support, they are able to assist you with obtaining more cards and flyers. |
